SOS 2026 is a Resurrection
Before the pandemic, I held retreats for small groups of women. Cozy lodge on a New England lake. Fall colors, good food, women who were tired of pretending they were fine.
Four days of going deep into the story you came from, the leap you’re circling, the messy middle, and the landing zone. What happened in those rooms was magical and life-giving. I’m not exaggerating when I say it changed people.
Then 2020 happened. The retreats disappeared. The world changed.
The need didn’t.
For 35 years I’ve been helping people transform the stories of their lives. SOS is that work held in community, in person or virtually in The COVE, at the time of year when nature itself is practicing surrender.
Same vibe. Same intimacy. Same commitment to real over polished. But we’re coming back into a different world — and the work has grown with it.
You can access it three ways:
A) 4-week virtual retreat cohort
B) DIY workbook on your own
C) At the lake in October 2026.
You have options. The work is waiting.
